No. Optimum Laboratories is a diagnostic centre running various investigations. However, we provide approved clinical services on an out-patient basis.
2. What are your operating hours?
Monday-Saturday: 7:00am - 9:00pm. Sunday: 7:00am - 6:00pm.
3. Do you operate on public holidays?
Yes, we are open on public holidays. Our hours remain the same: Monday-Saturday 7:00am - 9:00pm, Sunday 7:00am - 6:00pm.
4. Do I need a card to access out-patient clinic services?
Yes. You need to be registered as a client before accessing our out-patient clinic services.
5. Do you offer 24/7 services?
Not yet. We are currently not operating 24/7 services.
6. Will my results and information be kept confidential?
Yes. We treat all client information and test results with strict confidentiality.
7. Do I need a doctor's referral for investigations?
A referral is recommended, but not always required--especially if the client can clearly specify the required test(s).
8. Does Optimum Laboratories provide vaccinations?
No, we do not provide vaccination services at this time.
